The company introduced Everising’s comprehensive range of bandsaw machines because of its offering of maximum productivity at minimum cost. In addition to reliability and affordability, the Everising range of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic cutting machines bring a new level of speed and accuracy to the user. Everising has developed the new NC-700HA fully automatic bandsaw machine for high cutting efficiency and high performance thanks to its heavy duty gear box which also allows for stability. It has been designed to use bi-metal as well as TCT bandsaw blades. Everising has equipped the machine with the new anti-vibration rollers which guide the blade effectively to reduce noise and vibration. The new design of carbide inserts ensures more cutting fluid enters the material with the blade which maximises cooling and lubrication during cutting. The NC-700HA has a new-generation NC valve controller with temperature-compensation which controls the saw down feed stability and speed of the blade to achieve a high cutting tolerance. The machine has automatically adjusting dual wire brushes which compensates as the brush wears during operation. The initial cut when feeding the material will go to a zero position so that the operator does not have to measure the cutting length manually. The NC-700HA also has a user friendly HMI touch screen, with very clear graphics. All the cutting parameters are represented on the touch screen controller. This includes a self-diagnostic function for on-screen troubleshooting, so that problems can be detected and resolved immediately as well as a database for different cutting material. |
